“I would treat you as a health issue. As if you’re racing the matter of drug use or the use of illegal substances first of all if that’s a crime but the president is immune about that with therefore how to wait until a time as you have evidence and you can find it in the appropriate proceeding at the appropriate time. However, if this is being raised as a health issue, we can assure the public that the president is in good health. There is no indication of any health-related repercussions of abuse of substances illegal or otherwise,” ayon kay dating Press Secretary ng Marcos Jr. administration, Atty. Trixie Cruz-Angeles.

“Actually, I understand that they’re ignoring it because infact it is difficult to deal with. Paano niya sasagutin ‘yun? Either way, he’ll have to admit to previous drug use or he will lie,” dagdag pa nito.

“Pag pinag-usapan niya ‘yun, and then it will open up are there any repercussions to previous drug use? That now becomes a health issue, a health issue is a matter of public concern. So, mahirap talaga ang posisyon nila. And ignoring it might be the answer for them right now,” saad pa ni Atty. Trixie Cruz-Angeles.

“Napakaraming butas. You mean to say, a P13 Billion worth of shabu na haul na dinadala ninyo iisa lang tao? Wala man lang resbak, wala man lang motorsiklo sa harap at sinadya pa niya na pumunta sa check point?”

“For us Filipinos, listening to this president talk about drug addiction about the drug menace when he himself has not submitted to a drug test that we’ve been clamouring for. What’s your moral ascendancy to talk about us this problem, walang naniniwala sayo!” ayon naman kay former NTF-ELCAC Spokesperson, Dr. Lorraine Badoy.

“Unless magkaroon ng…Mag-snowball ang issue and people starting to clamor for it. Tapos kung maingay na, nayuyugyug na sila and then refuse to acknowledge event the question, it will now become a matter of his own security, the security of tenure,” ani Atty. Angeles.
