eLGU System at eReport System, magpapaigting ng digitalisasyon sa bansa – PBBM

Inaasahang mapaiigting pa ang digitalisasyon sa Pilipinas.

Ito ay matapos ilunsad ang Electronic Local Government Unit (eLGU) at eReport System nitong ika-17 ng Hulyo.

Sa kanyang talumpati sa Malacañang, idiniin ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr. ang kahalagahan ng inisyatibo sa pag-unlad ng bansa.

Ang eLGU System ay dinisenyo upang gawing simple ang mga proseso ng mga transaksyon tulad ng paglakad ng business permits, tax processing, at civil registration.

Ang eReport System naman ay isang plataporma para mapadali ang pagresponde ng Philippine National Police (PNP) at Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) sa mga emergency.

Kaugnay dito, nanawagan si PBBM sa mga ahensya ng pamahalaan na isama ang kanilang mga serbisyo sa eGov PH Super App.

“I thus urge all government agencies [and] LGUs to collaborate with the DICT as we integrate all services into the recently launched eGov PH Super App to attain its objective of becoming a multi-sectoral mobile application for all government institutions and transactions,” ayon kay Pres. Ferdinand Marcos, Jr.

Muli ring nanawagan ang punong-ehekutibo sa DICT, DILG, at sa mga LGU na tiyakin ang mahusay na pagpapatupad ng Executive Order (EO) No. 32.

Ang naturang EO ay nag-streamline ng mga requirement para sa pagtatayo, pag-install, pagkukumpuni, pagpapatakbo, at maintenance ng telecommunications at internet infrastructure sa bansa.

“I also call once again on the DICT, DILG, and our LGUs to ensure the efficient implementation of Executive Order (EO) No. 32 to ramp up the implementation of infrastructure projects in the telecommunications industry, so we can accelerate our country’s digital transformation,” dagdag pa nito.

Sa tala nitong June 2023, 210 mula sa 894 LGU Integrated Business Permits and Licensing Systems (iBPLS) users ang na-upgrade at inilipat ng DICT sa eLGU platform.

Sa pagtatapos ng 2024, 500 karagdagang third to sixth class LGUs ang ililipat sa sistema ng eLGU.

Ang eReport naman ay ikokonekta sa iReport Application ng PNP, na magdidirekta sa mga nagrereklamo sa pinakamalapit na istasyon ng PNP at on-duty officer na agad na aabisuhan sa pamamagitan ng PNP iReport sa kanyang mobile phone.
